Rick Trent, CPA

Rick Trent is a Managing Director in Fixed Income Research on the Mortgage-Backed Securities Trading Desk.  He works with depository institutions, insurance companies and total return managers to determine relative value in mortgage securities, and to develop investment portfolio and earnings enhancement strategies.

Rick has 16 years of experience in treasury, accounting, A/L management and as CFO with national, regional and community multi-bank holding companies.  His experience also includes thrifts, finance companies, public accounting, internal auditing and managing Regions Financial Corporation’s fixed income securities portfolio. 

Rick is a graduate of the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
