Marilyn Rhoads

Marilyn, who joined Raymond James in 1999, uses her strong commitment to providing excellence in customer service and her belief in what the firm has to offer independent advisors as a foundation for her recruiting efforts. Prior to her current position in the Business Development department, she worked within Raymond James Financial Services in the Midwest in compliance, and she reviewed advertising for the firm.

Her current position involves coordinating recruiting activities with the consultants in her division. These activities may involve everything from an advisor’s initial due diligence to the final commitment and joining – all done with the ultimate goal of ensuring a smooth progression through the process.

A Missouri native, she attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City, as well as St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she earned an associate degree in business. Marilyn, who holds Series 7 and 24 securities licenses, resides in Seminole, Florida, with her husband, Steve.
