Scott Abrams

Scott Abrams served as Financo’s CFO for 26 years before joining Raymond James in 2021. In addition to leading the firm’s overall financial operations, he was also responsible for tax compliance, regulatory compliance oversight, financial reporting and budgetary functions. In addition, Mr. Abrams served as the financial operations officer of Financo Securities LLC, Financo’s U.S. broker/dealer, and as director of Financo Ltd, Financo’s U.K. broker/dealer.

Prior to joining Financo, Mr. Abrams amassed extensive experience in the real estate sector at The Solomon Organization and United Capital Corp. Early in his career, he worked in public accounting, where he became well-versed in audit and tax across many different industries. Mr. Abrams received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bryant University. He is a certified public accountant and holds FINRA Series 28 and 99 licenses.
